Image removed from public review package. Local review only · not public no-info · taini_starih_mayakov.jpgI was very glad to personally meet Sergei Terentyevich Aksentiev, who wrote an interesting book in a literary style "Secrets of Old Lighthouses".
You could already get acquainted with articles by this author on our website, for example, the article “Stars over Absheron”.
Sergey Terentyevich writes very interestingly about lighthouses and their history. This is not a dry encyclopedic description, but a lively story containing many interesting observations and stories. The book is a very lively and exciting read and will be of interest to readers of almost any age. And this is not surprising, because... Sergei Terentyevich has personally visited many of the lighthouses described and is familiar with many lighthouse makers.
There are quite a few good books about lighthouses in Russia and the USSR, so it’s a pity that the book’s circulation is only 100 copies and there are only a few left. For those who would be interested in helping Sergei Terentyevich with the reissue, please let me know. I would really like this book to be reprinted more than once, because... The era of lighthouses is a huge layer of history, people's destinies, adventures and heroism. I wish there were more books like this!
And once again I thank Sergei Terentyevich for the opportunity to meet and talk about this interesting topic.

Image removed from public review package. Local review only · not public no-info · taini_starih_mayakov.jpgОчень рад был лично познакомится с Сергеем Терентьевичем Аксентьевым, который написал в литературном стиле интересную книгу "Тайны старых маяков".
