No behavioural telemetry

The public archive does not run a first-party behavioural telemetry channel. It does not record page views, Journey openings, evidence interactions, open-question visibility, or Story and Research mode switching as product events.

Behavioural telemetry may be reconsidered only for a specific research or product decision with predefined metrics, decision criteria, and a proportionate privacy and operational design.

Operational observability

The hosting platform may still provide ordinary request, runtime, error, security, and reliability metrics and logs needed to operate the public service. Those operational signals are separate from behavioural product analytics and do not drive archive ranking, personalization, or gold-record selection.

What we do not collect for product analytics

• No third-party advertising or profiling SDKs.
• No visitor fingerprinting, recommendation history, or behavioural targeting.
• No product-analytics session identifier.
• No free-text form contents in a behavioural telemetry channel.
