"Mayak29" is a digitally led project aimed at building a social movement around a sweet spot - 29th article of the Constitution (freedom of speech) - has gained its popularity after recent elections in Russia.

Project units socially active people around virtual Mayaks (Lighthouses) established in places for intellectual hangout (offline).

Mayaks are bastions of freedom of speech so there is an ability to broadcast and check-in from every Mayak at www.mayak29.ru

The project is a regional finalist in Microsoft Advertising Story Awards Contest 2012.
