Little Hope Island 1907 concrete replacement tower

After the 1906 fire, the buttressed concrete replacement was built in 1907; contemporary government reporting labels it as built in 1907. The replacement tower and its second-order optic entered the source chronology in 1908; this is distinct from the 1865 first tower.
