Crane Island 1861 tower

The reviewed partner/historical account places construction of the first Crane Island tower in 1861; the official 1902 light list separately records establishment in 1862, so 1861 is not flattened into an exact commissioning date or optic manufacture date. The Government of Canada's 1902 List of Lights and Fog Signals records Crane Island as established in 1862. The old Crane Island light was discontinued and its replacement tower light established on 1 June 1885.
